Ray Scheetz is a dynamic, creative speaker and proven motivator. Ray had the distinct advantage of growing up in Frenchtown, a small town in New Jersey, during 50's and early 60's. A place where no one locked doors and community spirit meant something. 

Ray's family owned and operated a small plumbing and heating business where he worked side by side with his father until heading off to Drexel University in Philadelphia. At an early age he developed an entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic that has helped him through life's inevitable ups and downs.

Since his father wanted something better for him, the family business wasn't an option. So Ray entered the business field, starting out in sales in the automotive petroleum industry, where he started as a salesperson and worked his way into sales management and classroom training. Ray quickly became National Sales Director and Vice President of Sales, and consistently developed the best-producing areas. 

From 1975 through 1980, he developed sales and personal growth seminars for business and consulted with small businesses in finance, marketing, sales and employee management. In 1981 he joined CoreTech, Inc. as a consultant and subsequently purchased the company in 1983. Ray’s entrepreneurial skills drove the company’s development for over twenty years, establishing CoreTech as the dominant core-cutting technology in both the U.S. and worldwide. 

He joined the new CoreTech International as Chairman in 2008, assisting in designing new systems and projects, and leading with product development. In early 2010, Ray resigned as Chairman to devote more time to field operations and technical sales and to launch Ray Scheetz Consulting Group. 

Ray's uncompromising devotion to excellence, coupled with sound principle-based thinking and enthusiasm allows him to connect and inspire audiences of all make-ups.
